Sexy Vegetables?

I don't have much to say tonight... but I went to the taping of The Colbert Report earlier tonight, and had the opportunity to ask Stephen his opinion on the sexiness of vegetables.

Before the start of the show, Stephen comes out to the audience for a brief Q&A... offered the chance to ask Mr. Colbert anything at all, I decided to ask if he had seen the banned PETA ad (see below) - and then question his opinion on the sexiest vegetable known to man.

Stephen, in fact, had seen the commercial, and offered his answer, "Is the vagina a vegetable?"

You won't find this in the episode - but check it out tonight at 11:30 on Comedy Central.  I, alas, do not have cable, so savor the moment for me.  (PS - great pre-taped interview with Paul McCartney!)

I'm still laughing out loud at this comment. Gosh he's one funny guy. Lucky you to see this and others shows "live" . . .

I saw the ad and chimed in on the issue on an eco-website claiming that the farts from the broccoli's undigested raffinose sugar are definitely NOT sexy.

Amazing how other posters on that site will divert things from the real issues.
